Strawberry Cheescake I DYROGUE

Ingredients:

 

For the Filling:

  • 3 Yolks
  • 200g Caster sugar
  • 350g Cottage cheese
  • 200g White Chocolate
  • 1 gelatin
  • 300g Sweet Cream

For the dough:

  • 500g Cookies
  • 1 stick of butter

Topping:

  • Whole strawberries
  • Caster sugar

Ingrediente:

 

Pentru Crema:

  • 3 Galbenusuri
  • 200g Zahar pudra
  • 350g Branza de vaca
  • 200g Ciocolata alba
  • 1 gelatina
  • 300g Frisca

Pentru Blat:

  • 500g Biscuiti
  • 1 pachet de unt

Topping:

  • Capsuni intregi
  • Zahar pudra
Strawberry Cheescake I DYROGUE

Instructions:

Melt the white chocolate by putting the bowl in boiling water ( Bain Marie ).

Mix the cheese with the yolks, sugar, gelatin and cream, then add the melted chocolate.

Now you can get creative. You can add vanilla extract and lemon like me, to give it a special fresh flavour, or you can go for anything like cacao powder, coffee, raisins, almonds, etc. ( I could go on forever )

The dough is the quickest part: What you need to do is simply crush the cookies until you get small chunks and powder. Add the butter, use a fork to press it against the cookies and put them in shape. That's it! I wanted to do something a little different so I also added a few bits of chocolate between the cookies. You could try out Oreo cookies for this part, it's your choice.

Now you can add the cheese mixture on top. Leave it cool out for about half an hour in the fridge, then add your topping.

I preferred leaving the strawberries whole so they would 1. look like really cute mountains with the sugar on top, 2.balance out the filling 50/50 and 3. so I won't need to add any more gelatin or any other sugary goodies that would make me feel bad about eating something too sweet.

Go get started. And keep your fingers out of the cake until it's cooled down, buster!

Oh yes.. and a TIP:

If the filling is too fluid, you can add more gelatin/more white chocolate/mascarpone/starch.

Instructiuni:

Topeste ciocolata alba intr-o baie de aburi ( Bain Marie ).

Amesteca branza cu galbenusurile, zaharul, gelatina si frisca, apoi adauga ciocolata topita.

Acum poti sa devi creativa. Mai poti adauga in crema orice de la pudra de cacao, cafea, stafide, migdale, etc ( asta ar putea dura la nesfarsit ) pana la varianta mea, mai fresh: esenta de vanilie si lamaie.

Aluatul e partea cea mai rapida: Tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa zdrobesti biscuitii pana obtii niste cocolase si multa pudra. ("pana-i faci praf" haha) Adauga untul si apasa-l cu o furculita in biscuiti. Apoi ii asezi in forma pe care doresti sa o obti si gata! Asta-i tot! Eu am vrut sa fac ceva mai special si am presarat cateva bucatele de ciocolata intre biscuiti. Ai putea incerca aceeasi reteta doar cu Oreo, mm.. totul depinde de tine.

Acum poti sa pui amestecul de branza peste biscuiti si sa bagi totul la frigider vreo jumatate de ora. Cand s-a intarit branza poti sa pui toppingul.

Eu am preferat sa pastrez capsunii intregi ca, 1. sa arate ca niste munti in miniatura, 2. ca sa contrabalanseze cantitatea de branza, 50/50 si 3. sa nu simt nevoia sa mai adaug gelatina sau alte bunatati pline de zahar deasupra.

Hai, poti sa-l faci si tu. Tine-ti doar degetele acasa pana scoti prajitura din frigider.

Ah da.. si sa-ti dau un PONT:

Daca crema e prea lichida, poti sa mai adaugi gelatina/ciocolata alba/mascarpone/amidon.
