Preheat the oven to 180 º C. and place the cupcake cups in the tray.

Preincalzesti cuptorul la 180ºC.  si aseaza formele de hartie in tava de cupcakes.

In timp ce cuptorul se incalzea pentru briose, am hotarat sa-i gasesc un folos:

 

Am sfarmat doi pumni de nuci intr-un bol termorezitent, le-am glazurat cu miere, si le-am lasat sa se caramelizeze pana ce am terminat aluatul.

Separa albusurile si batele cu mixerul pana se fac spuma, adauga apoi galbenusurile, zaharul, uleiul si smantana.

Adauga amestecul de ou peste faina si inglobeaza gemul.

Toarna plicul de praf de copt intr-o ceasca. Adauga suc de lamiae proaspat stors peste acesta si amesteca usor. Adauga continutul imediat in amestecul de faina.

Am adaugat acum si nucile caramelizate in aluat, se potrivesc incredibil de bine cu afinele.

Umple uniform aluatul in forme si lasa-le sa se coaca cca. 15-20 de minute pe raftul din mijloc al cuptorului

 Verifica cu o scobitoare daca sunt coapte in interior si lasa-le sa se raceasca.

Poti sa presari putin zahar pudra peste briose dupa ce s-au racit. Daca optezi pentru varianta de icing trebuie doar sa amesteci zaharul pudra cu cateva lingurite de apa. ( cca 125g zahar pudra pentru 3 lingurite de apa) Poti deveni creative cu ajutorul colorantului alimentar, fulgilor de ciocolate, nuci, etc.

Eu am adaugat cateva picaturi de colorant alimentar albastru si o picatura de rosu, astfel incat sa pot asorta glazura cu formele de hartie.
